Payments: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover as well as Paypal. We also accept Personal Checks (Personal checks will be held for 10 working days) Money Orders and Cashier Checks. We do NOT ship any orders COD. If you would like to make a payment via Credit Card and you do not want to make it online please contact us and we will email or fax you a Credit Card authorization form.
Sales Tax: We are bound by law to charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders that are sold and shipped in the State of Texas.
Shipping Charges: We have a $100.00 and over freight free policy. In the event that you would like to place an order and have it shipped 2nd day air or 3rd day air there will be additional shipping charges. Please contact us prior to placing an order for a quote on the additional shipping charges. Shipping Locations: We presently only ship to only the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the United States.
Product Returns: There are NO returns on ANY autographed items at all. There are also NO returns on any customized products such as display cases with team engraving, custom leather throwback helmets. We will allow returns within 30 days on unsigned helmets with a 25% restock fee.
Officially Licensed Products: "OGC" only sells proucts that are officially licensed by the MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA, NCAA, Nascar and the various player's associations.
Security & Privacy: Our website is hacker safe. We have the Thawte Premium Certificate on our website.
Errors & Omissions: While our goal is a 100% error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order. "OGC" reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).
