Payments: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover as well as Paypal. We also accept Personal Checks (Personal checks will be held for 10 working days) Money Orders and Cashier Checks. We do NOT ship any orders COD. If you would like to make a payment via Credit Card and you do not want to make it online please contact us and we will email or fax you a Credit Card authorization form.
Sales Tax: We are bound by law to charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders that are sold and shipped in the State of Texas.
Import/Export Fee's: We are not responible for any Import or Export Fee's or Taxes that are owed on any type of International Shipment.
Shipping Charges: Our standard shipping method is either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We presently ship to all 50 States. We do not ship outside of the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes.
Shipping Damage: Any shipment that is received by our customer and is damaged must be reported to us within 7 days. There are no exceptions to this policy after 7 days.
Product Returns: There are NO returns on ANY autographed items at all. There are also NO returns on any customized products such as display cases with team and player engraving, custom leather throwback helmets. We will allow returns within 30 days on unsigned helmets with a 25% restock fee.
Officially Licensed Products: "OGC" only sells proucts that are officially licensed by the MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA, NCAA, Nascar and the various player's associations.
Security & Privacy: Our website is hacker safe. We have the Geo Trust Certificate on our website.
Errors & Omissions: While our goal is a 100% error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order. "OGC" reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).
